I have made up several mixes for my family so far. For example, a hayfever mix for my daughter (I will list this as a DIY recipe), and a couple of arthritis mixes for a family member. I drop the oils straight into an empty 25ml bottle and fill with almond oil (you can use other carrier oils). I then have a mix I can take anywhere with me (as with hayfever mixes).
Amber glass helps you to avoid deterioration and protect the aromatic and therapeutic properties of your essential oils. It makes sense then that when you make your DIY skincare products with essential oils, they can deteriorate in clear glass. This is why I've added amber glass jars to my range.
