About Us

My name is Bonnie. I started The Nutbank in July 2015 after tiring of paying the high costs of eating healthy whole foods for my family. We buy our stock in bulk and we repackage many items to save our customers money. We offer a range of organic and conventional, Australian and imported products where possible. We also stock eco-friendly products (most of our packaging can be recycled at your local supermarket where they collect plastic bags if this interests anyone). If there are any issues with ordering, please email me at sales@thenutbank.com.au so that we can help iron out any wrinkles.

Our business originally started in our home & ran that way for 5 years.  Our shop opened on 22/03/19 at 6 Quinlan Crescent, Shearwater, Tasmania. You can now order online any time you like and have your order delivered, Click & Collect from the shop, or come into the shop to see our extensive range.  Our goal is to make the cost of healthy eating more affordable for our customers.

How To Create An Account

To create an account, you click on the Sign Up button at the top of the website.  You can also click on Log In to access an existing account.  If you are having your order delivered, please ensure you enter a safe place in the space provided (go to your cart and on the left side you click on "special instructions for seller") to leave your order in the shade if you are not home when it is delivered. You only need to do this the first time. If you do not specify a place to leave it the default option will be "Please leave at front door if not home".  If you do not want your order left, please make a note of this.
