Shipping policy

We have many options for shipping to suit customers from all areas of Tasmania and mainland Australia. If you are not sure if we can organise delivery to your area, please email Bonnie at sales@thenutbank.com.au and we can confirm your delivery options. 

Local Delivery

For Local Delivery to Shearwater, Hawley Beach, Port Sorell and Devonport for only $8 ($50 minimum order excluding freight), please use the search tool to look for Local Delivery as an item that you put in your cart. When you get to the checkout please choose Pick Up and we will know that you want it delivered due to the Local Delivery item in your cart. We deliver these orders ourselves when possible and will deliver your order as soon as it is packed (sometimes we have to pack items before we can send) so it would normally be in the next couple of days.  We usually send a text to say we are coming that evening.  We had to do it this way as we could only limit this option to Tasmania which meant that other people from other areas too far away for us to deliver to ourselves kept choosing this option as it was the cheapest.

Courier Options

Aramex, Jet & SEC couriers deliver orders to most areas within Tasmania take 1-3 business days from when your order is picked up from our store (we are open Monday to Saturday). Orders for areas such as the West Coast of Tasmania will take longer. Some outer areas have delivery 1 or 2 days of the week.

Freight to most major towns or cities in Tasmania - $19.00 (up to 24.5kg)

Towns and cities include Beaconsfield, Bridport, Brighton, Burnie, Deloraine, Devonport, Georgetown, Gravelly Beach, Hobart, Kings Meadows, Kingston, Latrobe, Launceston, Legana, Longford, New Norfolk, Penguin, Perth, Port Sorell, Prospect, Ravenswood, Riverside, Rocherlea, Scottsdale, Seven Mile Beach, Sheffield, Somerset, St Leonards, Ulverstone, Wynyard. If your town is not listed here or on any of the other freight options, please email Bonnie to find out what your freight options are.  If your area is not serviced by the couriers we can always have it delivered to a major town near you to a friend that lives there.

Freight to outer areas of Tasmania - $28 (up to 24.5kg if they deliver to your area)

Freight in Australia but outside of Tasmania -

We have shipping calculators for both Australia Post and Aramex to work out the options for sending your order.

Australia Post - satchels available to anywhere in Australia in various sizes - shipping calculator will work out the best option.

Express Post - is now available. Orders will be sent out as soon as possible.  This is also effected by how many orders we have to pack on any given day but we will do our best to get orders out quickly.
