Welcome to our online store, where you can buy healthy whole foods for a whole lot less.  You can have your order Delivered, choose Pick Up or come into the shop and browse our extensive range. 

For Pick Up, as soon as you are signed in & choose Checkout, you need to select Please Click Here For Pick Up. If you are picking up from Devonport you can proceed through the checkout. For Shearwater read on for details. We offer free pick up with no minimum order amount to the old shop (6 Quinlan Crescent, Shearwater) on Mondays at 5pm or Thursdays at 6.15pm. If you want to pick up from Shearwater you will need to click on the Shopping Cart up in the top right corner. You will see a Notes section on the bottom left under your items. Please tell us that you want to meet us at Shearwater and which day you will be there (Monday 5pm or Thursday 6.15pm).

For Freight, choose Shipping.  Please choose the appropriate option for the area you want your order delivered to.  We offer local delivery for $8 ($50 minimum order) to Shearwater, Hawley Beach, Port Sorell & Devonport. Please read the Shipping page (bottom left) for details about shipping areas.  Email us on the Contact Us page if you are unsure if we can deliver via Aramex, Jet or SEC Couriers to your area. AUS Post is also an option. We use AUS Post & Aramex for mainland orders.
