A milder tasting honey.  On a scale, with clover also being mild, bush medium flavoured and leatherwood a strong flavoured honey.

Clover Blackberry honey is light golden coloured depending upon where it is harvested. It has a sweet, mild, floral taste. Great used in hot drinks, smoothies, drizzled over fruit & yoghurt and as a spread.
