We said goodbye to the Sugars (Sugar, Maltodextrin, Dextrose), Maize starch, Shortening Powders (Milk and Soy) (yes these gravies are plant-based for our vegans!), Artificial Colours, Anti-caking Agent and Vegetable Oil. Then we have added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices.
Unlike seasonings, we needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy otherwise this gravy would be so damn runny! We have used potato starch and rice flour to achieve this. There is no intentionally added Gluten or Gluten Containing Cereals in any of these tasty ingredients.
