These Cashew and Raspberry Bliss Balls make the perfect sweet and healthy snack!!
Ingredients: Cashews, Medjool Dates, Coconut, Freeze Dried Raspberry powder, Maple Syrup
1 tbsp freeze dried Raspberry & Strawberry powder
200g (about 10) Medjool dates
1 cup raw cashews
2 cups desiccated coconut (plus more for rolling)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional if not using frozen raspberries)
- Place the ingredients into your food processor and pulse at high speed until the mixture is broken down, well combined and sticking together.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls.
- Rub some raspberry powder into coconut for rolling so that some is pink.
- Roll balls in coconut.
- Place in fridge to set.
