Country of origin: Peru (sometimes we can purchase this as buds that look like choc buds, kibbles which are small pieces or big/small chunks - depending on what's available at the time)
When it comes as chunks, it chips away quite easily. It will actually keep fresher in a large block than it will chipped apart.
