Experiment by using it to create a simple cherry drizzle for desserts, or even add it to prosecco for an elegant take on a bellini cocktail. Tart cherries are high in antioxidants, and are rich in vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin A, as well as a source of iron, calcium and even protein.
