IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ – Your STARTER does NOT GROW or DOUBLE IN SIZE when it’s REVIVING. It’s just doing that – REVIVING. It will have tiny bubbles on the surface that look like black dots…thats ready!!
It will start to grow and Double, sometimes Triple when you feed it. It will also depend on the flour you use. The more regularly you feed your STARTER, the stronger it becomes…..Happy Baking
