We are a group of skilled artisan bakers bringing together a wealth of bread experience and knowledge. These skills have been put to best use developing a unique range of "Premium" Gluten Free breads.
Gluten Free breads which actually taste and feel as good, if not better than 'normal bread'. We've gone to great lengths sourcing our ingredients, including locally milled Stoneground Buckwheat and Organic Besan flours.
We experiment with many different flours and methods, creating our very own range of unique and exciting Gluten Free bread mixes. We believe in making fresh bread from natural and nutritious ingredients. No preservatives.
All our bread mixes, wraps and pizza bases are created in our purpose build GF PRECINCT 'Gluten Free' bakery in Victoria.
All Tasmanian bread and burger orders are baked fresh, right here in Moonah, 10 minutes north of Hobart
